Our History
Glowin was born out of a personal need to create a meaningful project.
The fashion world, with its frantic pace and injustices, makes us uncomfortable and creates a lack of connection to the industry.
That is why we ended up entering the field of sustainability. After receiving training, we gained a clearer vision of what we wanted to do.
Little by little, this idea that is Glowin germinates and becomes a small team located in Andalusia, where all our garments are designed, patterned, and handmade.
Our values
As we mentioned before, the idea of offering a rental service emerges as a starting point towards sustainability. This way, garment production is reduced as items will be shared until the end of their useful life. Therefore, the consumption of resources (materials, energy, water, etc.) is lower, as is the pollution we generate.
Although we cannot achieve a completely harmless process, we care about improving and are committed to doing so as this community grows and we obtain the necessary resources for our development.
Furthermore, the rental system offers other important advantages to consider.
Our prices are reduced since the cost of each dress is shared among the people who rent it. This way, you can wear new looks whenever you want more affordably and without accumulating clothes you won't wear often.
Finally, at Glowin, we recognize that society has long marginalized a certain sector of the population based on their physical appearance. We do not want to be part of that, so we offer sizes from 46 to 54.
